I partner with childcare centers and preschools to offer support and consultative services to teachers and families. We work together to develop a personalized service plan to meet the needs of your school community.

Social and emotional skill-based presentations for teachers and/or parents
Facilitating staff reflection groups to support overall staff morale and to prevent burnout
Parenting Support
Through specialized training and advanced certification, I have developed a passion and expertise for working with parents of young and school-aged children. I partner with parents to help them build secure and more enjoyable relationships with their children. Much of this work is parent-focused, without requiring the child to be in therapy. Together, we address the challenges affecting your child and family and foster meaningful, lasting change.
areas of focus may include:
Anxiety
Emotional dysregulation and tantrums
Family changes (i.e., moving, welcoming a new sibling)
School-related concerns
Nurturing parent-child relationships
Difficulties with separating
Sibling conflict
Daily routine challenges (bedtime, meal time, morning)
Frequently asked questions
What Can I Expect When I Schedule An Appointment?
Therapy is an investment in time, energy, and resources. We will begin with a complimentary 15-minute phone call, which will allow us to speak about the presenting concerns and answer any questions. If we are a mutually good fit, we will choose a day/time to schedule the intake session.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an Out-Of-Network (OON) provider, which means that I do not participate with any insurance companies. I provide my clients with the documentation that they can choose to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider and ask about your out-of-network benefits.
How often will we meet?
I see most of my clients once per week. As you start meeting your therapy goals, we may transition to meeting less frequently.
Where do we meet?
I am licensed in DC and MD, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. Telehealth sessions take place through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, providing the same high quality clinical care. My office is conveniently located at 3301 New Mexico Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20016.
